Why an agency nearby makes a difference
Kuroko Labs sits in Neufahrn bei Freising, in the north of the Munich area. From here it is about 25 minutes to Munich central station on the S1 and roughly 10 minutes to the airport.

How to spot an AI agency that delivers
Five questions you should ask any provider, including us. If the answers dodge, you know enough.

- Does it show real numbers? „Significant efficiency gains“ is not a number. Ask for before, after, the period and a measurement you can recalculate.
- Does it name a price? Anyone unwilling to give an order of magnitude before the third meeting is selling consulting instead of solutions.
- Who actually builds it? Ask to meet the person who will work on the project, not only the one who sells it.
- What happens after go-live? A system without care is outdated within a year.
- Who is liable for compliance? Since August 2026 transparency obligations are operator obligations. The documentation for that has to come out of the project.
